k8xx Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and k8xx ("k8xx", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the k8xx online gaming platform available at https://k8xx.app and all related services, products, and content provided through that platform. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered account holders and visitors who have not completed registration.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or otherwise accessing any part of the k8xx platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the k8xx Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

To register and maintain an account on k8xx, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active account. k8xx reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to request documentary evidence supporting any eligibility claim, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of age.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information you have provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

Your k8xx account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your registered mobile number and password — and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances, including family members, friends, or any person claiming to provide technical assistance.

You must notify k8xx immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation or if you suspect that your login credentials have been compromised. k8xx will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. k8xx will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, Telegram, WhatsApp, or any other channel.

k8xx processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your k8xx wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by payment method, but most bKash, Nagad, and Rocket deposits are credited within seconds. k8xx is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment service providers, network outages, or banking system maintenance windows.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to minimum withdrawal amounts and KYC requirements. k8xx aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours under normal operating conditions. Withdrawal requests submitted during periods of scheduled maintenance or high transaction volume may take longer to process.

k8xx offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds.

Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered in full accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements specify the multiple by which the bonus amount (or the combined bonus and deposit amount, as stated per promotion) must be turned over in eligible real-money wagers before the bonus is converted to withdrawable funds.

k8xx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations to honour existing bonus credits already applied to player accounts. Any evidence of bonus abuse — including systematic exploitation of promotional terms through low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies — will result in cancellation of the bonus and any derived winnings.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k8xx platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the conduct described below will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

k8xx is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all products and services. We enforce a strict minimum age of 21 years for all players. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion for players who wish to manage their gaming activity. These tools are accessible from within your logged-in account. We encourage all players to use them proactively, not only in response to a problem.

k8xx may conduct age and identity verification at any point in the player lifecycle — at registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or in response to a responsible gaming concern. Where we have reason to believe that a player may be under 21, or that a player's gaming activity may be causing harm, we are entitled to suspend the account pending verification, regardless of any current transaction or active bonus.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k8xx, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the k8xx platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

k8xx does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, and third-party service outages may temporarily affect platform availability. k8xx will not be liable for any losses — including losses of open bets or in-progress game rounds — caused by platform downtime, whether scheduled or unscheduled.

k8xx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where k8xx reasonably believes that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; (c) the player's account is the subject of a law enforcement investigation; or (d) the continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Upon account closure initiated by k8xx for breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances remaining after the deduction of any amounts owed to k8xx will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC verification. If closure is initiated by the player voluntarily, real-money balances will be returned in full following completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC checks.

k8xx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, k8xx will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the registered mobile number or email address on file, or by publishing a notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the k8xx platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account at any time by contacting k8xx customer support. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and k8xx arising from your use of the platform, you are encouraged to contact k8xx customer support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. k8xx will use reasonable endeavours to resolve complaints promptly and fairly. If you are not satisfied with the resolution offered by k8xx support, you may escalate the matter in accordance with any formal dispute resolution procedure communicated to you at the time. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
